Located in the quiet, pretty neighbourhood of Alta Vista, my full-service medi spa is just seven minutes from the downtown core.

The private entrance is the first door on the left located on the side of the building. Press the doorbell firmly and wait for the door security system to release and allow you to enter. If you require assistance, please use the intercom to the right of the door.

There is free parking along the top end of the driveway. Do not park on the street on Balmoral Place between 8am—4pm on weekdays, as you may be ticketed or towed.

Hours (Jan-Apr, Nov-Dec):
Mon-Fri: 9am—5pm, though certain days can be arranged for a later appointments. Please enquire.
Sat-Sun: closed

Hours (May-Oct):
Mondays and Tuesdays: 9am—4pm

Wed, Thurs, Fri: 9am -5pm, though certain days can arranged for a later appointment. Please enquire.

Located along the scenic Ottawa River, Fort William is located opposite Garrison Petawawa and is ten minutes from Chapeau, QC, and 40 minutes from Pembroke, ON.

Free parking is available in front of the first bay of a 3-car garage. Proceed to the first available door at the main building. Please ring the doorbell and you will be greeted at the door.
